Museum and Critical Heritage Studies

Roaa Ismail Dawood is a Master of Arts student in Global African Studies at The Africa Institute, Global Studies University, specializing in Museum and Critical Heritage Studies. Originally from Sudan, Roaa explores the intersections of heritage, memory, and cultural policy in post-colonial and conflict-affected contexts, with particular focus on Sudan and East Africa.
