Abu Bakarr Kamara is a Master of Arts student in Global African Studies at The Africa Institute, Global Studies University, specializing in Diplomacy and Africa’s International Relations. From Sierra Leone, his work is grounded in questions of governance, sustainable development, and resource management, with a particular focus on water security. Drawing on professional experience in monitoring, evaluation, and accountability, Abu Bakarr examines how diplomatic frameworks and regional cooperation can address environmental challenges and strengthen infrastructure policy across West Africa.
