Discussions at the meeting reflected growing interest in strengthening the relationship between research, governance, and public policy amid complex global challenges.

He holds a Ph.D. in Linguistics from the University of Oslo and has held academic and advisory roles at Addis Ababa University, UNESCO-IICBA, and international research initiatives.
